FD-5040 SB series of trap floor drains consist of a epoxy coated cast iron combined floor drain and trap seal, a reversible flashing clamp with weep holes, and an adjustable nickel bronze square strainer with bucket.

AREA OF APPLICATION
General service floor drain for use in areas subject to the accumulation of debris on the floor, which may cause the drain line to clog and where pedestrian traffic is expected such as public rest rooms. The bucket prevents the debris from entering the drain and it is easy to remove and clean. The square top is particularly adaptable to floors that are finished in material of square or straight line pattern. The water seal in the deep trap prevents sewer gases from entering buildings. Flashing clamp holds flashing materials securely to the drain body and it permits adjustment of the strainer to meet finished floor level, this clamp was designed to be reversible to provide extra vertical adjustment for strainer. Weep holes are located on the clamp to recieve any seepage from around the strainer and to direct such seepage into drain body. Keyhole slots assure quick assembly without removal of bolts.
