FD-5110SB series of floor and area drains consist of a deep sump cast iron body with bottom outlet, a combined membrane flashing clamp and round frame, and an adjustable square strainer.

AREA OF APPLICATION
Used in heavy traffic areas where waste water contains sand, sediment and other debris. Drain has solid free standing bucket to intercept sediment and debris. The round frame serves as flashing clamp when installed in waterproof floors and provides adjustment of the strainer to meet floor level. Square grate provides sufficient free area for proper drainage with narrow slotted openings for pedestrian safety and to intercept debris. Seepage openings (When using Waterproofing system ) are located above the water proofing membrane to recieve any seepage from around the drain and to direct such seepage into drain body. The grate was designed to be applicable with extra heavy duty requirements.
