Melting |

- Metals are melted and treated in medium frequency induction furnaces.

- No-Bake (chemically- bonded sand): boxless molding for large sizes, and superior finish
- Green sand (flask size: 70x60, 55x50 and 45x40 cm) for smaller castings in big numbers.

Core Making: |

- Gas-cured phenolic resin-bonded cores.
- Cold box-amine system.

Heat Treatment and Enameling: |

- Normalizing, annealing, and stress relieving are carried out in an electric twin -boggy hearth furnace.Porcelain Enamel Coating can be applied as a special requirement.

Pattern Making: |

| |
- In-house, fully equipped facilities are available to design and produce tooling equipment and patterns in wood, aluminum, resin and composite. Reverse engineering is also available.

Machining: |

- All castings can be supplied machined as per customer requirement.

| |
Priming / Coating: |

| |
- Facilities are available to apply protective coatingto customer’s specification.
